Production Technique
The
obverse of the coin presents a mirror-like background and the frosted
finish of the designs, including the paired dragon design, the rim,
the country name and the year date.

The
reverse of 1/3 oz gold coin presents a mirror-like background. Multi-layer
frosted design and bottom surface frosted design are adopted for the
design and the words. The mint mark is added on each coin.

The
reverse of 1 oz silver coin is treated with the mirror-like background,
selective colour frosted design on the grid, the rim, the figure design
and the face value. Abrasive blasting grid is partially used. Multi-layer
abrasive blasting is adopted for the design and some parts are colored.
Abrasive blasting and bottom surface abrasive blasting are adopted for
the face value and the words. The mint mark is added on the coin. (Mint mark:S: Shanghai Mint;Y: Shenyang Mint;Z: Shenzhen Guobao Mint)
